Product availability in our store is approximately 95%. From time to time, a product may sell quickly, go out of stock, or be discontinued and the website was not updated immediately. In such cases your order will be canceled due to unavailability and a full refund will be initiated as soon as the issue has been identified. You agree that we may cancel your order after you have placed it without penalty.
Occasionally it happens that an item goes out of stock and can be on backorder. If this is the case, we will notify you as to the estimated date that item should be back in stock. If your timeline permits, you may place a reorder at that time.
We make every attempt to avoid typographical errors on the website in terms of pricing, description, product availability and the like. Errors do occur occasionally. We reserve the right to fix such errors when they occur and we become aware of such errors. We reserve the right to make these corrections and do not honor incorrect pricing. If such an error is discovered, we will notify you, cancel the order and initiate a full refund at once. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do our best to be as accurate as possible, but web data errors can occur. We strive to be as accurate as possible but sometimes errors arise and we will work to correct them as quickly as possible for the least amount of inconvenience.
We do not negotiate on pricing of our products for single item sales. All prices are final. Should you have a need for quantities of 6 or more, please contact us at sales@lisafinejewelry.com. Paste a link within the email showing the item you are interested in and we will check availability and manufacturing cost to see if we are able to offer a quantity discount.

In order to keep our pricing as low as we can, we do not allow comparison purchasing. Comparison purchasing is the act of purchasing several items with the intent of returning all of the items except the one that you like the best. Such practices drive costs up. Comparison shopping is best done in person.
At Lisa Fine Jewelry, we try very hard to be as accurate and thorough as possible. Product images do not reflect the actual size of product as these images can be viewed larger or smaller than the actual size of the product. Color and size may vary slightly due to variances in computer monitors. Our goal is to allow you to see the detail and beauty of each item in order to make an informed purchase. Most item dimensions are given in millimeters and product can vary by plus or minus a half of a millimeter. Carat weights for gemstones can vary by plus or minus 0.05 carats from posted carat weight.
